May I just have a quick word to the boys?
Over the years I can’t help but notice I don’t get too many of the lads (if any) to meditation practice!
Why is that do you think? Could meditation practice be considered a bit sissy? Surely not.
Conceivably one of the toughest men to walk the planet was Mahatma Gandhi. He defeated the mighty British Empire without lifting a weapon. He was also a highly skilled meditator.
Frankly, I don’t think it’s fair that the blokes miss out on the evidence-based benefits of meditation. What if I designed a programme specifically for men?
