Meditation ⚜️⚜️⚜️

Meditation isn’t just about letting go in the present moment and experiencing deeper consciousness while you’re engaged in your practice. It’s also about what you take with you once you’ve re-entered the world.

Beyond the many benefits for our physical and mental health, one of the greatest gifts that meditation bestows upon us is a stronger sense of compassion.

A regular meditation practice helps us to listen more intently. Having sensitively observed our own thoughts, breath, and sensations, we’re able to better understand someone else’s experience. We judge less. We come from a place of peace rather than aggression. We’re more patient, open, and keenly attuned to the feelings of others. We become more accepting.

Life is like a bunch of roses. Some sparkle like raindrops. Some fade when there's no sun. Some just fade away in time. Some dance in many colors. Some drop with hanging wings. Some make you fall in love. The beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Life you can be sure of, you will not get out ALIVE.(sorry about that)
