KINDNESS

The question, Is love real or is it a word that we tend to overuse?

Would you love me sometimes

Advertisements

I looked it up in the dictionary and the meaning varied greatly with each dictionary.

We say it a lot but do we mean it?

When you say that you will love someone forever, but then something happens and you don’t love them anymore.

Or they don’t love you anymore.

It’s a genuine mystery to me.

When it comes to a relationship, is it purely an attraction between two people with some common ground in values and acceptable standards

When is that line crossed when care, appreciation and admiration turn” magically” into LOVE.

Our hearts are mentioned regarding love a lot.

Our hearts are just tissue.

Surely it’s our souls that are β€œheartbroken”, shouldn’t it be β€œsoul broken”

These are the things that I contemplate about now.

What if it was just a primitive desire to have a mate or a clan or pack?

Life robs so many different people of this elusive state of mind, for so many different reasons.

So many songs are written, so many books and movies.

I’d love to know your thoughts on this matter.

To be honest I’m quite sceptical.

I think Jackson Browne summed up the best in the beautiful song called β€œFARTHER ON” from the Album β€œLATE FOR THE SKY”

With-it my early years,

I hid my tears
And passed my days alone

Adrift on an ocean of loneliness

My dreams like nets were thrown
To catch the love that I’d heard of
In books and films and songs

Now there’s a world of illusion and fantasy
In the place where the real world belongs
Still,

I look for the beauty in songs.

Good evening Sir. The world is a little upside down these last few weeks of reporting news. I lost all my fingernails. Graphics are a little slow sorry about that. Maybe to edgy for the American Elections. Though Twitter alowed them. Thank you Twitter. Do you realise we have nine Twitter accounts running? Congratulations
