Wishing everyone a great day. What are you passionate about? What gets you out of bed in the mornings? Those are the things that you should try to do as a living or at least do them or it as often as you can. Whatever you value or is important to you, should become part of your daily routine.
For instance my health is very important to me and I spend three to four hours a day on personal care activities such as exercise, proper diet, meditation, personal development, gratitude and personal reflection. I am very fortunate that my life allows me the time to schedule all these activities but it is what I value a great deal so I make the time.
What is important to you? Make the time to do what is and you will enjoy life much more.
