Accept that you have made mistakes
We have all made mistakes in our lives. But you can choose to see those mistakes as lessons. If you look back on all the choices in your life that you regret, I know you will find a lesson. Sometimes they are buried deep, but they are always there.
Your mistakes may have hurt people. Maybe other people’s mistakes have hurt you. Either way, you need to let them go if you want to change your life. Carrying around shame, blame or guilt for things that have happened in the past only blocks your heart from being able to manifest for you to life you want and deserve. So give yourself permission to let it go.
Watch your thoughts
Negative thoughts will always arise, but you have the power to choose how much air-time you give them. It is totally within your control whether your negative thoughts about yourself or your life get prime time or end up on the cutting room floor.
When you notice a negative though coming up for you, change what you are doing. Stand up, sit down, shake your head, take a deep breath, do something. You need to practice removing the unconscious negativity program that is on repeat in the back of your mind, and by moving your body or making a sound, you disrupt that thought process.
Bring in the positive
Once you become aware of a negative thought, replace it. Use the new awareness you have gained to speak nicely to yourself, even give yourself an internal high five! Focus on bringing a positive feeling of love or joy into your mind and then visualise your life from this place.
Practice these steps daily, hourly, whenever you can! Pretty soon you’ll notice how your self-confidence, and your life, has changed for the better.
Choose your thoughts every day. Choose thoughts of confidence and possibility. Mix these thoughts with feelings of gratitude, and you will soon realise that your self-confidence is improving, simply because you say so. Consciously.
The law of self-praise works for BOTH types of people: those who believe they are great and deserve success, and those who believe they are poor and deserve misery or failure. The question is: what do you believe about yourself? And how do you install new thoughts into your mind to attract success instead of failure?
One way is to use affirmations and declarations. Write down positive words, inspirational quotes and motivational sayings on a daily basis. Repeat these over and over again, a few times a day, first thing in the morning, throughout the day and late at night, or before you go to sleep. Make them part of your thinking routine, and eliminate and replace the non-supportive thoughts every time you are aware of them.
We learned how to improve self-confidence using Positive affirmations consciously.
You know how successful people build self-confidence, self-esteem and self-respect right seed at the right time, always believing in their possibility. You recognise that what think of, you attract. And when you emotionalise your thoughts Surround yourself with positive people, and form the habit of repeating positive, encouraging affirmations, on a daily basis. This is the key to increase self-confidence.

- Letter to my Husband ~ Quote
Success in business depends on a variety of factors, including skill level, effort, market factors, and much more. Thus everyone’s results in an Amazon business will differ. So no promises or claims are made as to your income potential or lack thereof. And, of course every business has some risk involved. That said, Amazon is an huge opportunity and has helped my family and I have the lifestyle and freedom we want. Maybe it can do the same for you, if you apply some effort and energy to it.
Knowing exactly what you want is by far one of the most important and powerful steps to law of attraction success. Maybe you want a car, vacation, more money, meet someone, solve something, new job, new business, your perfect partner, an idea that will change the world.
Many people have a deep desire to improve their life; however, some never take the time to clearly define it. Without a destination, how do you know where you are going? Once you are clear about what you want, the universe will begin to move it towards you.
If you are unclear as to what you want, ask yourself a few questions like: “How do I want my life to be?” “How much money do I want to make?” “How will I spend my free time?” “What do I want out of life?” Ask yourself expecting the answer.
This has to be something that you truly desire. If it is something big, then you must be committed to making it a reality no matter how much time or how little time it might take. If it’s something smaller then you still have to keep going until you make it a reality.
If you want something amazing then you should have a keen pulsating desire for something great in your life. Not something you think would be nice to have. This is essential for your success in law of attraction success.
With smaller stuff you don’t need to have such a strong desire for it… because the smaller stuff is much easier to conceive as possible and even probable.
Any part of your life that you would like to improve or change, ask yourself questions to determine what you really want. Take the time to really determine your desire and do not move to number 2 until you have done so.
The next step is to look ahead in time with your mind and experience it with effective visualization. Take notice of how it feels; notice how happy you are with yourself for manifesting it. Go to that moment and be there.
Feel grateful that you have what you want in your life. Feel grateful that you proved to yourself that you can create and design your life.
Notice that it did not take too long or too little to manifest, it was perfect timing.
See how it came into your life, you’re just using your imagination so it could’ve come in any way as it’s just one of the possible ways and doesn’t have to be the way… Feel how it all just fell into place. Feel how real and how right it feels that you declared your desire and then got it and how it just now feels part of your life experience.
Go through all of the feelings and emotions you have now that you truly have it. Remind yourself how it felt the day you got it. What a sense of accomplishment that was. How great it made you feel.
Stay right at this moment until you finally feel that you have what you desire.
When you’ve felt that you’ve manifested what you want in your mind then you can move to step 3.
This can take as little as 10 minutes or you can do this as long as you want. The point is to do it until you have felt the emotions related to your desire.
This next step will not make sense or work until step 2 is complete.
Now consider, after you’ve manifested what you desire in your mind, does this actually need to become a reality?
I want your thoughts to really marinate in this question because what you want has just become real to you.
Do you still really need it? Of course you would like it, but you don’t need it. Can you feel why not?
What you should be thinking and feeling is something along the lines of, “this is going to happen at the right time and in the right way. It is going to happen when it’s best for me.”
The feeling is very powerful and it creates a belief that you WILL manifest what you desire. Do not move on until you get experience it.
If you’re having trouble I would suggest moving back to step 2.
When you have that feeling you have activated a powerful part of the law of attraction as you are both attached to your dream and detached from it at exactly the same time.
This demonstrates abundance to the universe as well as showing your subconscious mind your desires.
Begin taking the necessary actions in order to bring your desire into reality. If you’re looking to find the perfect partner, you might start looking at people who pass you by.
If your desire is to get rich, you might start evaluating all of your options for making money and settling on a strategy that will get you the best return on your investment and effort.
Every desire you wish to manifest, fill your mind with research on the subject and become an expert in it. You can have whatever you wish to have with your dominating thoughts and focus. You can manifest without needing or wanting and doing so in a relaxed and detached yet very focused way. That is how you can create what you really want.
Work diligently on your goal and keep your eyes open expecting manufactured coincidences to ‘just happen.’
When a coincidence eventually does show up, gratefully accept it. Pretty soon, your confidence and belief in your ability to manifest will grow stronger.
The final step for law of attraction success is to keep going until the reality in your mind has manifested itself into everyone else’s reality too. You have to make the choice to keep going. If at any point you lose belief in your ability just repeat this to yourself in order to regain focus:
“If it hasn’t happened yet then it’s not supposed to or I’ve missed something. Let’s take a look and see if I missed anything.”
“After all, it WILL happen at the best time in the best way for me.”
I’ve used this countless times in order to continue moving forward.
Be aware of your feelings and doubtful thinking. Do not force these doubts out of your mind. Just see them for what they are, “useless and destructive at getting you what you want.”
You can take complete advantage of the law of attraction and make it work for you instead of against you. Don’t be afraid to manifest something bigger and better too… always be open for a greater manifestation.
Have you ever asked yourself, “How do I make sure I never give up on my dream?”
The answer is that you cannot give up on something that has become real to you. So make it real to you and make your dreams come true.
A contented mind is a continual feast. Greed and material desires must be curbed to achieve lasting happiness and serenity. Be happy with what you have. Do you really need all of those material possessions? One can develop contentment just as one develops patience, courage and concentration – with daily practice and sincere desire.
Make a new friend or acquaintance every day. Keep an updated list of all contacts close at hand. Rich relationships are the DNA of a rich, rewarding life.
Remember this ancient Indian proverb: “if you conquer your mind, you conquer the world.”
Place greater importance on staying happy than amassing material possessions. A zest for life is developed and carefully nurtured through thoughtful activities and pursuits.
Contrary to popular opinion, stress is not a bad thing. It allows us to perform at peak levels and can assist us through the flood of chemicals it releases within our bodies. What is harmful is too much stress, or more particularly, a lack of relief from stress. The times of stress must be balanced nicely with times of pure relaxation and leisure for us to be healthy and at our best. Many of the great leaders of our time were exposed to crushing workloads and the burdens of high office. But they prospered by developing strategies to balance the challenging times with fun and calming times. President Kennedy would have regular naps in his White House office. Winston Churchill had the same practice and slept for one hour every afternoon to stay alert, focused and calm. Not only is it essential to be physically relaxed to maintain optimal health but one must couple this trait with mental serenity. Too often people think that vigorous exercise, good nutrition and pleasant leisure activities will be the panacea for all ills. These pursuits must be combined with positive thinking and peace of mind for true happiness and longevity.
Get into the habit of taking mental vacations throughout the day. Visit Bermuda for five minutes in the morning. Visualize a swim in the Mediterranean in the afternoon and skiing down the slopes of the Alps just before you head for home at the end of your busy and productive day. Try this for two months and schedule these rest periods into your agenda just as you would your essential meetings or tasks. The rewards will be significant.
A change is as good as a rest. Whether this change is as major as a change of employment or as minor as a leisure pursuit which occupies your entire attention for an hour three times a week, these changes in routine, and mindset are entirely beneficial. In selecting the activity, try to find something totally engaging which requires deep concentration so that your mind is free from the mundane but seemingly important aspects of your day. Many executives are becoming involved in the martial arts for just this reason. If your mind wanders for even a split second, a harsh lesson is soon learned. Pain is a great motivator and always will be.
Study these 10 fundamentals of happiness:
i. Pursue a productive, exciting and active life.
ii. Engage in meaningful activities every minute of every day.
iii. Develop an organized, planned lifestyle with little chaos.
iv. Set realistic goals yet keep your mark high.
v. Think positively – you cannot afford the luxury of a negative thought.
vi. Avoid needless worry over trifling matters.
vii. Devote time to fun.
viii. Develop a warm, outgoing personality with a sincere love of people.
ix. Get in the habit of giving more than receiving.
x. Learn to live in the present. The past is water under the bridge of life.
Strive to be humble and live a simple life.

What is important in your life
You have to ask yourself this question on a consistent basis what is important in your life what is it that you want your life to mean. It will take time and effort. It might be easy for some of you but the hardest thing for most.
Because when people are asked what is it, they want specific in their life. Most will get stuck, but then they will give more generic answers like more money, more time etc. But when you ask them to dig deep and find the real answers, they will feel uncomfortable.
