“HOW YOU PLAY THE GAME(S).” a poem September 30, 2019 (Monday)

Dilemma relative to The Game: “DESIRE” can cause a lot of pain,

But alsoToo TheGame “ASSUME THE BEST.”

Please, DearIshall explain:

Take, e.g., The Game “ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE,” whereManySeeGood result;

Still, it has its “drawbacks,” since pickingTheBestGame canBecome a lifelong cult.

The key, I think, is HOW to play, NOT which game you select,

And a fairly popular game these days is: “I’MaMONG THE BLESSED ELECT.”

I think, perhaps, you probably MUST playSomeGamesEachDay, going in & out,

And, OF COURSE, you can switchGamesIfYouWish, it one of them makes you pout.

But HOW YOU PLAY MAKES A DIFFERENCE, even “DESIRE” canBeAgood game,

Despite TheBuddha WhoSaid: “DESIRE”s bad, & “ATTACHMENT”sAboutTheSame,

Where SINNING THE LEAST yields “a win;” some sinning’s probably OK.

The Main Thing (again): PLAY RELAXED and you’ll be able to play another day.

The game of “WAR” can even be [a little] fun, but, again, you MUST relax,

And another good strategy is: “playing with humor,” whichHelpsSome to “TheMax,”

For LAUGHTER USED amidst The Game, HELPS EVERYONE BE “a winner,”

For it makes you aware YOU ARE HUMAN and NOT some terrible sinner,

But JUST ANOTHER PLAYER, playing your best hand,

And giving the other players a hand too, so ALL take a stand,

And smile together and laugh together and pat each other on the back,

FOR IT’S GOOD TO HAVE OTHERS, SO YOU’RE NOT ALONE,

in The Game of “TOGETHER, WEhAVE NO LACK.”
