“PRONOUNCE FRENCH FOR PAPER!” a poem April 5, 2019 (Friday)

Once used paper – is a treat!
This-one-now? a-grocery-receipt,
That-I-got-me- from-the-local-store!
SLIPS OF PAPER? Nothing more?

A tattered sack! An-expired-cou-pon,
from-“Little-Caesar’s” I-write-upon!
I-just-need-a-pen – a-pencil or-blood!!!
Or-a-piece-of-grass, dipped-in-the-mud!

When-inspiration-hits, IT’S-TIME, Dear Poet,
To-pen-another poem; you-know-it!
Scribbling down – enlightened views!!?
Or something-“screwy,” for-you-ta-peruse!

As many poems as-I’ve-written-FOR-YOU,
May I have my choice – of parchment to (pause)
Write my “Master Piece” upon?
I want to write it – on “your lawn!”

On your back – and down your leg,
Up! and-Over! Yes, I’ll beg,
To-be-able-to-USE your-body, my Love!
A POEM ON YOU! WITH-THE-TOPIC-OF:

“How darn lovely – is your skin;
A poem – to laud – what-“the pen”-is-in!
You’re-my-inspiration – and-now! my-papier!
