“LOVE IS EASY, LOVE IS HARD – ANY LOVE IS MY REWARD!” a poem a.k.a.: “All You Can Do Is Simply Wait, At Heaven’s Door Or Love’s Closed Gate!!” March 5, 2019 (Tuesday takes 2 to tango!)

Love is rare; Love is kind; Love can give you peace of mind!
LOVE! It always will forgive; Love’s the reason that we live!
If my arm you have to sever, I still love you! Yes! Forever!
If my wealth you must possess, IT IS YOURS! I-am a mess!
Loving you is my reward:
If-you-beat-this-dog with-a-bungee-cord;
If you blow-all-my loved-ones out-of here;
If you curse my name, fill-me with fear;
If you poison me, and-I-go-to- Heaven,
And it turns to Hell, you-can-shoot-me-seven,
Times-seventy times, I’LL -STILL-SEE- Y O U,
TELL ME WHY!? “Well, I’m testing love!”
“But WHY? It’s-YOU I’m dreaming of”
“Because I AM afraid to be, Content in love!” “OK! I see!”
I’ll hurt myself a million times, To show my love, and all these rhymes,
Mean nothing if I am without, You!-Close-by! and I will shout,
Unto The World: “Abuse is fine, But-I’d-rather-be-your-Valentine,
And give you kisses, with hugs & tears, And-I’ll-love-you, for as many years,
AS I CAN – forevermore! Even-if I am a bore,
Or I-get-tired – and fall asleep, Or-I say-a-thing that makes you weep,
Or I do an act that makes you mad,
For-I-never-wish to make you sad!”
But, yes, it seems, I’m-too-hu -man!
A-robot? Angel? or-a-Dog, undone,
Seeking, ever, my-Master there, Among some graves in Hell, I dare,
To run, until I find YOUR STONE, And on your plot, I am alone?
I’ve brought my bone; I’ll place it there, And die, quite happy, without-a-care!

“KITTY, DEAR KITTY!” a poem a.k.a.: “Pausing [Paws-ing] For The Same Pair Of Catty Shoes!” March 4, 2019 [Moon Struck Day!]

DON’T CHANGE!? for, if you were any different, could I love you as I do?
Yet CHANGE IS GOOD & I also love it when-you-change to-“a-CHANGING YOU!”

Change-and-No-Change No-Change, Change; the-only-constant? is-CHANGE,
So PLEASE! Do-whatever-you-need-to-do – and-whatever! I’ll rearrange,
IT – so, whatever-change-or-the-same-turns-out YES! However-you-might-be,
It will turn out — that you will still be-my “cup-of-tea!”
You’re what I love – &-WE’RE TOGETHER! [in] the same pair of “catty shoes,”
To-be-with and-touch-all-of MY KITTY! I can’t lose!

CHANGE is NO CHANGE – and-I-also love: “In Between Change” too;
I’m CRAZY! Crazy! Crazy! Crazy! Crazy-IN-LOVE with you!

YOU ARE – a single “point?” outside [a] scope – or refer-ence,
CHANGING-AND NOT-CHANGING – is-simul-taneous-de-fer-ence!

Oo oo OH! My God, YOU-ARE – ever, always PRETTY!

“STARTING ANOTHER DAY IN THE LIFE!” a poem, for March “ARE YOU A ROBOT?” month 4 Mar 2019 {Monday}

To-do to-fulfill your -pre pre-programmed line,
Even-when you shower and shave – and go-to-the-table to-dine!

There-is, of course (?) self-will(!?) and answering for your crimes(?)
Which, I guess, can-be QUITE THE THING, and, when this rhyme-r rhymes,
It’s pretty obvious, Dear Friends! THAT NOTHING’S WRITING THIS!
It-is JUST-SPILLING-OUT all-over and-nothing is a-miss!

SO! for The Month of March – THE-NEXT GLORIOUS set-of-programs’s here:

(1) Read this poem ca-ar-efully; and, then, you (2) Shed a tear;
(3) Go to work, but-first, (4) Buy some vehicular fuel!

“ROBOT WITH A THOUSAND DIFFERENT FACES!” a poem – for March “You’re Only Human After All, a.k.a.: ARE YOU A ROBOT?” month ๐Ÿ™‚ March 4, 2019 [Mon.]

I NOTICED: a-definite-note-of-sadness, for-in-your-eye, there was a tear,
But, suddenly, in the turn of a stile [stYle!], ANGER took its place,
And SADNESS saw both RED and ORANGE! with no-more tea and lace!?

I mentioned then, once again, how-much I needed you,
And – PRESTO-CHANGE-O [oh, my Lord!] you went from red to BLUE,
And, then, to GREEN [with envy] – and, then, to PURPLE shades;
Then to fearful YELLOW! and, as the yellow fades,
A THOUSAND DIFFERENT ones appear, shades & states & faces,
Are coming from The Mystery! from-many “sundry” places,
To-announce, in each moment, THE-VARIETY OF LIFE;
It goes-a without-saying, “IF you’ve-got-a-husband or wife,
YOU-SHOULD-NEVER EVER!? BE-BORED, IF you stick around,

People who are bored – or-THINK-their-spouse-has-nothing[new]to-provide,
Need new “spiritual glasses,” for THE ROBOT CAN NOT HIDE,
For [God’s sakes!!] there are at least one thousand, amazing, different program “loops,”
And each new faces – well, it has – different pees and poops,
Filled right up – with lots of s – – t, to spew and also share,
And EACH-a-SAVORY KIND-of face – is precious and so rare!
Poop-a-pee-pee – poo-on-me “My-One-Thousand-Different-Faced-Lover,”
For I adore each taste and smell – OF YOU!-under-the cover!

So, I’ll-love-my-thousand-faced-robot, with ONE THOUSAND + POINTS OF VIEW,

OF COURSE [Gentle Reader] I’M SURE! YOU! are-NEVER-that-way!
It-must-be-ME I’m looking too! ๐Ÿ™‚ – I AM: 2-faced, on steroids!

Robert Richter no longer part of George Pell’s legal team for appeal

Exclusive: The leading criminal barrister will not be in George Pellโ€™s legal team for the appeal against the cardinalโ€™s conviction for child sex offences after he declared he was angry at the guilty verdict.

It is sensible for Robert to move on. No silk likes to argue on appeal a case he/she has lost at first instance for a number of reasons. First, because there is an inevitable loss of objectivity. Secondly, because as hard as you might try, often you don’t prepare the appeal as well as if you came to it fresh because you think you already “know” all the evidence and arguments. Thirdly because an inevitable part of the appellate discussion between Bench and Bar is questioning about the conduct of the trial – why wasn’t this question asked? Why didn’t you submit “x” ? If you have conducted the trial it is easy to become defensive about such questions. Much easier for a “new” advocate to simply answer ” I don’t know” and move on to the real issues.
