“THE LEGAL SYSTEM” a poem – for Giggles a.k.a.: “After Years of Being a Lawyer & (Perhaps) Seeking Justice?!” October 18, 2018 – Thursday
THE LAW represents the vestiges – of Satan’s Tail,
Which (s)he used – to cast down 1/3 of Heaven’s Stars, without fail!
THE LAW – is Smeagol,* clasping to a ring, The Precious,
THE RING of disharmony & cruelty & all that is VICIOUS!
THE LAW is an abomination – which balances KINDNESS in a given culture;
THE LAW, when you are bleeding in The Desert, is that ravenous vulture!
It is THAT BIRD – that, IF you choose to participate,
(It) Will peck out your liver! So-get-outta-there! Before it’s too late!
IT IS: The Temptress from Hell, who wishes you no well,
But will appear IN ROBES and SPOUTING JUSTICE – and a pleasant Noel!**
THE LAW IS YOUR (LYING) FRIEND! Who will keep you on time by cutting off your fingers,
To remind you, that THE JUSTICE OF SATAN – ALWAYS LINGERS!
THE LAW – was a request that Jesus granted to that mighty Angel-Demon,
So people would remember the terror of disharmony – AND ALL OF IT’S SCREAMIN’!
THE LAW, more than anything else I know,
Is the antithesis of love! To COURT (her?)! NEVER GO!
There is more justice in the little finger of a Jihad strike,
Than the entire, corrupt body of The Legal System, which demons-are-prone-to-like!
LADY JUSTICE (?) (especially) LOVES – to watch men squirm,
As they maneuver in HER LAND, a land of: falling, burning & freezing – and –
THE EVER PRESENT YEARN!
And there’s NOTHING YOU LEARN,
Except: how-to-suffer-make-others-suffer-and-see-which-Judge-can-be-most-stern!!
And, on that day, when Satan COMES – to carry all [Her-His] children away,
I pledge – to arrive – “in the nick of time” – and this is what I’ll say:
“Devil Justice! Your tail is way too long – you should have put it up;
Now, may all these who suffered be set free – and Satan, you can drink, from each and every cup!”
And Satan will tremble – and drink – AND GO “POOF” IN A MOMENT,
And, yet, most of those who love THE LAW will stick around for further foment!
