Best ways to help overcome the mind crypling symptoms of ADHD, Depression and Anxiety is through exercising AND not giving a shit about what others say or think. It’s your life, you gotta live and love to your own rules. Buy a bicycle, going the gym (Go when it’s dead), walk, swim, do yoga, okay Xbox 360 or anything that you may enjoy. I promise you that you will eventually feel unstoppable.
